Where we ship, how fast, and how we keep your order cold.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. We don’t currently ship to other countries, PO boxes for cold-pack orders, or freight forwarders.
Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, are packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day. To protect the cold chain, we don’t ship orders on Fridays that would spend a weekend in transit; these leave the following Monday.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspection.
Cold-pack packaging
Every order ships in an insulated mailer with gel cold packs. Lyophilized peptides are stable through normal transit times; on arrival, move vials to a freezer at −20 °C. See our Storage & Handling guide.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check status on Track Your Order.
Customs, duties and import rules
You are responsible for confirming that the products you order may be lawfully imported and possessed for research where you are, and for any duties or taxes charged on delivery. We cannot falsify customs declarations or mark goods as gifts.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn’t updated for five business days, or a parcel shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and, once it’s confirmed lost, reship or refund your order.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it at your cost, or refund the order less shipping charges.
